Values are the guiding principles of corporate culture.

For this reason, Messe München set out on a search for an emotive employee campaign to communicate its corporate values. Emotive discussion and internalisation of the values were amongst the objectives for the communication measures.

Charging corporate values with emotions.

Söllner Communications conceived and organised an emotional value day with captivating experience stations and workshops in order to bring the corporate values of Messe München to life and thus anchor them in the minds of the employees.

To consolidate the values, the event was accompanied by cross-media multi-channel communication over a period of five months. The value campaign was designed as an integrated continuation of Messe München’s 2021 strategy, which had been communicated in advance.

A COMPANY PARTY IN THE SPIRIT
OF CORPORATE VALUES.

What emotionally grips us remains in our minds. With our support, Messe München organised an event that ensured sustained discussion of its corporate values. Our event agency provided the content concept and designed the schedule and dramaturgy. But that’s not all: We also designed the information architecture and created the interactive elements and graphics.

A VALUES DAY WITH WORKSHOPS
AND EXPERIENCE STATIONS.

Söllner Communications supported the implementation, the detailed schedule and the dramaturgy of the individual workshops and experience stations, at which the values were interactively conveyed and explained. We also took care of the briefing, ensured the event theme was observed by the presenter of the event, and organised the individual workshops. Last but not least, is event logistics, where we were also responsible for on-site support and coordination of the entire process.

ANCHORING CORPORATE
VALUES INTO DAILY WORK LIFE.

Besides putting on the event, we also created all accompanying communication materials. Our Munich office designed event-specific documents, the branding and the invitations to the event – and even took on the follow-up reporting. The conception and production of accompanying videos took place in house: we created the scripts, coordinated the implementation of the film shoots and the post-production.

Through various experience stations and workshops at the values day event, we achieved both the emotive and positive establishment of the corporate values as well as anchoring a common understanding of values among the employees. Through long-lasting and sustainable communication as well as cross-media networking, Messe München was able to generate maximum attention and reach.
