A luxury label needs a luxury event: For the opening of the new Polo Ralph Lauren Shop in Ingolstadt Village, an attention-grabbing event including a glamorous programme, catering, decoration and opening turnover was required – and successfully implemented with the help of our event agency.

For the multi-level store opening, we used a live event to convey an exclusive feeling and to provide a luxurious experience. The result: a glamorous opening ceremony that attracted the attention of invited guests, VIPs and the press and gave the brand image a lasting positive impression.

Fashion without models? No way. In order to find the ideal cast for the big catwalk appearance at the live event, a professional model casting took place at our event agency in Munich. In addition to getting the right model cast, finding suitable hair-and-make-up artists and the furnishing of a styling and fitting room for the fashion event were of great importance for the shop opening.

A sophisticated event goes hand in hand with sophisticated event planning: For the Polo Ralph Lauren shop opening, the complete event organisation as well as the coordination of services, technology, decoration and photographers was in our hands. The catering was provided by our full-service agency. Söllner Communications was responsible for inviting tenders to various catering companies, organising tastings and deciding on the menu. In order to ensure the perfect running of the shop opening, we drew up a detailed schedule and direction plan. Subsequently, all event participants were personally briefed. Our seamless on-site event support, including a fast check-in process, made the event unforgettable.
